I surprisingly find that Blogger can be accessed.
I surfed Blogger two years ago and liked it pretty much. But don't know why Blogger is blocked. Well, I had to move around to other blogs and finally quit to write blog. Some of blogger service are as complicated as doing a home page, while some are as simple as a note pad.
Now I using beta blogger and enjoy its improvement such as label, gadget. These changes are great. I decide to start my blogger from now on.
